My 6yr old son Andrew wanted me to make a recipe from a cookbook I had laying around. It was a campbells cookbook. He loves Mac and Cheese and we rarely have it cause Im not a big fan. I have to admit when i saw the picture of it I cringed. It was mac and cheese mixed with salsa and had tortilia chips crumbled on top. This mothers heart could not pass up making it for him and so tonight we did. It was not too bad...I think blessing his wish made it all worth it.
I baked 3 1/2 doz cookies tonight for my hubby's unit during their drill this is a little something I enjoy doing...I love that they are blessed by it.
